" Payments in Germany" is a project by Christian Bartsch,
Frankfurt.
The aim is to give people who need to make payments in or to Germany an overview
over how the payment systems in Germany work.
Quick, basic information is provided for those who need to look up information, e.g. when a German business partner asks for payment or when questions about how to best effect a payment are encountered.
For those who work in banking, book-keeping, import/export and others requiring more in-depth information, detailed explanations including background, contracts, agreements and conditions one is likely to encounter will be provided in a second stage of development.
